CAMS sponsors local primary school in Whetstone

CAMS is delighted to sponsor a local primary school in Whetstone at its annual Summer Fayre and centenary year. 


Development project in New Barnet

June 2011

CAMS has been appointed sole contractor to work on converting a house in New Barnet.  This high profile site on the corner of Leicester Roadand Plantagenet Road was originally built as two houses but for the past 30 years has been used as one residence. CAMS is converting the house back into two dwellings as well as adding single-storey rear extensions and loft conversions.


CAMS wins new project in Hadley Wood

CAMS is pleased to announce the company has won a 6 month contract to refurbish a prestigious property in the Hadley Woods Conservation Area. Working with a specialist project manager, CAMS will be restoring the interior's original features, upgrading the utilities as well as introducing state of the art kitchens and bathrooms.


New appointments

CAMS has expanded it's office-based team by appointing John Eshmene as its Estimating and Purchasing Manager. John has over 20 years experience in the construction industry. Chris Stark, Managing Director, comments: "John is a very welcome addition to our team. He will take over responsibility for tendering to ensure we need timescales and budgets quickly and cost-effectively".


New development in Arkley

CAMS has commenced work at a development site in Galley Lane on behalf of an investor. The project is expected to take nine months to complete and will involve taking the property back to shell, building a single-storey rear extenison as well as a full refurbishment.


CAMS completes work at prestigious property

CAMS has completed work at a prestigious property on Chandos Avenue, N20. The five month project involved a full property refurbishment as well as single storey rear and side elevations.
